@shinynewrevulsions “ Dany is confused and lost. She doesn’t know what she wants, because the red door is a fantasy. She is chasing something that not only doesn’t exist, but something she thinks will make her happy, but it will not. This is why landing on Dragonstone (the place of her birth) didn’t feel like... Heyy!! It’s me again XD I fell on a post where the tumbler suggested that the “three treasons” Dany was predicted might have foreshadowed her death, since if she was to survive the serie, she’d likely be betrayed more than 3 times. What do you think of that? Also, i’m currently reading the books, but is there any foreshadowing of Dany actually surviving? (I know I must sound desperate lol)
instantbouquetface-me: Hi! The problem is that GRRM wants to keep us on our toes, so we hardly ever get a very clear foreshadowing that ANY character will definitely survive. Instead we are kept in a state where we fear the death of the character as being possible all the time. So there is that. He... Continue Reading →
From a Jonerys fan to (some) Jonsa fan…
A kindly reminder that bashing Dany doesn’t make Sansa more desirable. If you ship Jonsa, the least you could hope for is for them to get together because they love each other, not just because Sansa represents the “better” option.
Snacks for thoughts pt 2
When I’m questioning the ‘morality” of dragons, I feel like I’m questioning GOT morality in general. We don’t ask ourselves if dragons are “good” or “evils”. “Good and evil” are concepts attributed to humanity, so at first it might seems preposterous to use them with dragons. But the way they’re humanized (Dany considering them her children; how they... Continue Reading →
GOT snack for thought
So the “Others” in GOT are basically monsters in human form. And the dragons? It could be argued that they’re humans in monster form. At the very least, there’s a tad bit of humanity in them. It irritates be a bit when people quote Martin left and right “dragons are the equivalent of nukes” blah blah, and... Continue Reading →
The spoiler that will never happen (not a spoiler)
instantbouquetface-me: omg, had to reblog this, so funny TT kudos to @instantbouquetface-me XD
It seems like all I do is defend Daenerys…
But I’m a Jonerys fan, and hey, Dany is half the ship! Alright, so without question, THE thing Dany did last season that stirred up the most controversy was the way she dealt with POW post 7x04 battle. Whenever I stumble upon an anti-Dany post, if I was getting a buck for everytime the loot... Continue Reading →

Tarly, Lannister and Traitors
A nagging thought came to me this morning. Sure, Dany’s execution of the Tarly on the grounds of treason was justified. (The method used is another matter, which I won’t get into here.) The Tarly betrayed their liege to the Tyrell… but the Lannister didn’t, did they? Lannister were bannermen of the crown, not of... Continue Reading →
